Please note: sleeping area and bathroom are accessed through a little step.

Outdoor
Small table with two chairs and small clothesline.

Accommodation is also provided with fire extinguisher, first aid kit, portable fan, small ironing board, iron and beach umbrella.

Tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night.

Check-in from 4.00 pm and check-out within 10.00 am. Please let me know your arrival time in advance.

Daily rates are negotiable and include the supply of utilities such as electricity, hot and cold water, linen and WiFi. A final cleaning fee will be quantified on the basis of the duration of the rental (no more than thirty days). According to the law, other additional services can not be supplied.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking terms
A 25% of the total amount will be needed as confirmation of the booking; last payment required on arrival. According to the law, you'll be asked to sign a contract; a security deposit could be requested at check-in.
